This vacuum is great. No tools needed to assemble. So easy to assemble less than 10 minutes. It comes 50% charged so you can try it. Well we tried the vacuum and we love it. It sucks up dirt beautifully. Light but sturdy cordless so easy to move around. The base you put vacuum on it and charge it that easy. So many things you can use it wet and dry. I used dry but trust me with 2 small children wet is coming up soon. Great value and very high quality. This product is worth every penny. There is no more using the broom, vacuum, a dry duster, or a mop. This does it all. It makes cleaning more simple and more convenient.I was super excited to get this product. I mean, who wouldn't want to vacuum and mop their floors all at once? If only the Tesvor LIghtweight All in One Vacuum Cleaner lived up to the hype, all would be good. Individually, each function performs splendidly. It is when you use the combo wet/dry function that issues arise.I have a 1700sq ft house that has hardwood and tile floors. I also have two cats, so pet hair is a constant challenge. My current floor care routine is vacuuming with a canister vac and then cleaning the floor with a steam cleaner afterwards. My hope with the Tesvor was to reduce my cleaning time by combining vacuuming and mopping into one task. After receiving my Tesvor, I easily and quickly assembled the vacuum (which means installing the handle) and hit the ground running. The first thing I noticed and was quite impressed by was the amount of suction this cordless vacuum has. It was picking everything up that I rolled the vacuum over and was also grabbing debris close to the sides of the head. For a cordless, this unit was getting 5 stars for suction. The roller also made the vacuum easy to maneuver. This is where they get the self-propelled. The roller does pull the vacuum forward. One thing that is shocking is how quickly the charge level decreases while using the unit. You lose about 1% every 40-45 seconds. In its auto clean mode, a full charge will last about 40 to 45 minutes, as advertised. It is just socking to see how quickly the battery level drops. When starting the vacuum, it enters the auto mode which is vacuuming and mopping. The amount of water the mop feature was putting out was just about right. There wasn't too much water or too sparse either. The Tesvor did put out more water onto my hardwood floor than what my steam cleaner leaves, but again, it wasn't a concerning amount of water. However, the Tesvor did leave more streaks on the hardwood than my steam cleaner does. The unit monitors the amount of dirt it is cleaning and indicates this level on the screen. As the Tesvor registers more dirt, the display turns from blue to red. Cleaning my floors I could see the blue hit red occasionally and then would back back down to blue. As I was cleaning, I saw what I knew I would eventually find...a clump of cat hair. When I rolled over the cat hair, the unit's display immediately went to red and stayed there. The Tesvor then automatically increased the suction. It was nice to know that the vacuum will adjust to the level dirt it encounters. However, no matter how hard the Tesvor tried, it could not handle the cat hair. The indicator stayed red and the suction remained at its highest level. At this point, I decided that I was done. I docked the Tesvor back into its cradle and started its auto clean mode. The auto clean ran and then it indicated a blockage in the intake tube. So, I took the Tesvor of the charge cradle and removed the roller and used the included cleaning brush to clean out the intake tube. Sure enough, there was that clump of cat hair. Because it was in the combo wet/dry mode, the cat hair was sopping wet and that was what was causing the cat hair to stick in the intake tube. This is where I came to the conclusion that the combo wet/dry function just can't handle heavy dirt. You can avoid this issues by running the Tesvor in vacuum mode only. There is a switch on the inside of the handle that you can hit to toggle the water on and off. The placement of this switch isn't the greatest because it is easy to hit just in the natural pushing and pulling the unit. So, if you turn off the water and vacuum first and empty the waste container and then go back and mop, the unit performs beautifully. However, the point of this cleaner is being able to do both at the same time, right? After you dock the unit and start charging it, you can hit that same button inside the handle to start a self-cleaning mode. This mode cleans the roller and the suction paths. It seems to do a pretty good job as the roller appears clean afterward and the suction paths have little debris left in them. After the cleaning cycle, the machine tells you to empty the waste container. This process is really kind of a mess if you have used the combo wet/dry mode. The waste container has dirty water and all the dry debris that was sucked up...which is now wet. There is a pull up filter mechanism in the waste container that somewhat allows you to get most of the solids out of the waste tank. However, this debris is still sopping wet and is difficult to remove from the filter. Now you are left with the dirt water to dispose of. Really the best way of emptying/cleaning this waste container is to take it outside and dump it and wash it off with the hose. The one thing that the manual doesn't mention that could be a huge issue is the roller. After using the unit and running the cleaning cycle, the mop roller is sopping wet. If you leave the roller enclosed in the Tesvor for storage, you could be looking a huge mildew problem. The manual doesn't tell you to remove the roller for storage, but I strongly suggest it. Mine took two days to fully dry outside of the unit...and I live in an alpine desert area where relative humidity levels are usually in the single digits. The Tesvor also has an app that you can use with the unit. I could never get this feature to work. I could connect to the Tesvor's wifi, but the app would never recognize the unit. I don't think this issue was just me messing something up. The app has a rating of 1.7 on the app store. So, other folks have obviously had issues with it. Having the Tesvor connected to an app isn't really a big deal to me. However, I am sure that there are those out there that it might be. Just be aware that you may have issues getting that feature to work.Overall, I can cautiously recommend the Tesvor. If this unit is going to be your only cleaner that you own, I would tell you to continue shopping around. I think that the Tesvor works best as part of a cleaning solution in conjunction with other appliances. But, really, the point of this unit is having the features of wet and dry cleaning all in one without having to rely on other cleaners.
